Hello 2016

Hello Bunnies :)
I've been waiting for 2016 for a long time. I'm glad that it's here as i am ready to embrace what ever is next in my life.  Here are my new years resolutions....
1. Stop picking at my nails 
I never bite my nails, i just pick at them with out even realising that i am doing it. It's a anxiety problem since i've had when i was little and i can't seem to get rid of it. (Suggestions - welcome!)
I've managed to grow my nails a few times in 2015 by gluing false nails over the top of my real ones. However as soon as the false nails are removed.. i pick at them again. POOO! :(

This hurts my fingers and i don't know why i am harming myself this way. When i'm financially stable i'll save up for hypnotherapy and vlog the experience. (Ohh check me out :) I'm becoming a better YouTuber already as i am thinking about video ideas which could happen in the future)

2. Interact with new people 
I don't usually comment very often on other peoples YouTube videos, Twitter or Instagram accounts. This is because i don't know what to say or i think that i will sound stupid. I need to get out of this negative way of thinking and just speak up. I'm a nice person, random with a good sense of humour (and i've been told that i'm funny with out realising that i am).
It's just this weird self doubt creature which has always lived inside my mind. I shall shrink the doubt by conquering my fear and just talk to people who i would like to be friends with. If they choose not to reply then it's their loss because i'm a great friend to have. I can make bacon sandwiches, cups of tea and listen to your problems at the same time. What more could you ask for? ;)

3. Stop the self doubt
Oh yes! this links to the point above. I need to stop self doubting myself because I don't give myself enough credit for what i do. I always feel like i do not do enough no matter how much work i do. 2016 will be a year of more praise and patting myself on the back.
Towards the end of 2015 i managed to get better control of my thought patterns. I've been doing this by listening to recordings of positive affirmations on YouTube.
My current favourite is The Honest Guys - Positive Life Affirmations. They do fantastic meditations and recordings to help you relax and drift off to sleep.

4. Love myself more
By having more make up free days, moisturising, toning, scrubbing, drinking water, eating good food and naps. I love sleep :D
5. Dancing
I would love to go out and dance a lot more often. Music and twerking at the same times uplifts my mood.
