My Top 5 Tips : Preparing For A Colposcopy & Cervical Biopsy

Hi everyone! I shared my experience with having abnormal smear tests and cervical biopsies on my Instagram stories and in my blog post My Cervical Screening Story: High Abnormalities, LLETZ Treatment And Recovery . My LLETZ treatment was fully successful and now back on regular routine smear tests every 3 years because I am healthy. Hooray!  I wanted to share my top 5 tips for preparing for a colposcopy and cervical biopsy as I've been through a few of them myself and I want to help other ladies who are going through a similar situation. I'm not a medical professional, I just want to offer some advice and reassurance. So if you have been informed you have an abnormal smear test via letter and have been invited to attend a colposcopy screening then here are my suggestions to help and prepare you before you go. 1. Goodbye BunnyMoonstone

7 years ago, in 2014, I created a little blog here on the internet via my pseudonym "BunnyMoonstone" which then turned into a YouTube channel shortly afterwards. L ife was different and so was I, I had rabbits and that was my niche at the time.  I made videos about  beauty, lifestyle and rabbit care. Clumber Park Lodges Review

Hi everyone. I recently had a short break away with my support bubble at Clumber Park Lodges in Worksop. We checked in on Monday at 6pm. This holiday was self-catering and we brought our own  food and drink. Aldi is 10 minutes away in the car and you can order food online from your lodge on Uber Eats. Also at the lodge site there is a cafe called the Woodshed which serves coffee, tea and light bites to eat. We stayed at lodge number 70 which had a private hot tub. I'd recommend getting a lodge with a hot tub as it was so relaxing. We went in the hot tub everyday. The settings are easy to use and you can adjust the temperate to your liking. It was serviced every morning by staff with fresh water so it was clean and ready to use. The lodge itself was clean and cosy. We were provided with a small welcome pack with tea and coffee sachet, dishwasher tablet, salt and sugar. I read a couple of trip advisor reviews before our stay and someone recommended to bring more dishwasher tablets so
